"Error processing Stonegate logs"

In the topic ID 1233 you talked about Stonegate logs. It is an old topic but I haven't found a solution on it.

There some solution for this kind of logs?

I have tried many things: export csv, xml, arch (archive)...

Thank you very much

Best thing to do is paste the error message you are seeing, or explain the problem. If it's the same as what's been reported in the previous Forum post, let me know that.

What might be best at this poing it send us (support) a sample of your log data ( < 3 Mbs) and we can take a look at what's going on.

   Thks for responding.

I have te same problem reported at 1233 ID.

In fact, I don't have any error alert. It seems like sawmill works normally but when I try to see the satistics it has no entries.

Sawmill doesn't auto-detect the data format. I have tried with certains as Stonegate, Unix or Syslog formats.

Best regards

Abel

I'd need the log data in ASCII, and in the format that it's output by Stonegate.

If Sawmill does not auto-detect the format it's most likely that the format varies slighty from the format the plug-in expects. It maybe as simple as extending the plug-in, once I see the format I can let you know what's required.
