Dear Sirs, we are evaluating its product to analyze logs of a Contivity 2600 of nortel, but when adding the archives, always give back result 0. They give support to this model? Thanks.

We support this format, however, it's possible the log data format your device is generating varies slightly from the one we based the plug-in on. I'd suggest sending a sample of the log data to support ( < 3MBs ) and we can take a look at what's going on and extend the plug-in if necessary.
