Hi, I'm trying to evaluate sawmill. I'm trying to create the profile as part of the setup process and at the final step it gets stuck at the last screen with the following message:
Saving new profile, please wait...
I've let it sit there for a very long time and it doesn't get past it. The profile never gets created. I'm trying to run Sawmill 64-Bit under Windows 2008 R2 64-Bit.
The profile I'm trying to create is for a custom BlueCoat ProxySG custom log and trying to dump the data into MySQL. I've tried with a locally installed MySQL database as well as a remote MySQL database server with the same exact results.

Hi-
Is it possible you can send in a sample log file so that we can attempt to create a profile locally using your data to reproduce the issue you are seeing? If you can send in the sample as a zip file we should be able to get to the root of the issue fairly quickly.
