"GeoIP - duplicated entries under Organsiation Report"
Hi there we have subscribed to MaxMinds GeoIP database. have successfully updated profile by rebuilding using latest GeoIpOrg.dat file. when we now view the Organsiation report we get the following oddity: as well as all the organizations being listed, we have an extra line at the top of the report that is EXACTLY 50% of the overall Totals. the 'organization' field for this entry is blank. it appears to have counted everything twice.
all the other 'Visitor demogaphics' reports function correctly.
this is running Pro 8.5.9 on a Windows 2003 64-bit server.
