"After rebuild database, cannot receive any logs"

Dear Support,

Recently we've found a database is out of disk space and corrupt.

Then we've try rebuild DB, however after rebuild successful,

database cannot receive any syslog message and log in PATrafficLog folder.

Is there any step i can check which part is wrong?

According the rebuild, the report cannot generate normal.
