"Database is not rebuilding"
 
   kindly help to resolve the issue.

Can't delete file LogAnalysisInfo\Databases\webproxy1\Thread1\lock

Error :
Can't delete file LogAnalysisInfo\Databases\webproxy1\Thread1\lock (Permission denied)

   The error could be a result of a "stuck" Sawmill process that has a lock on the file Sawmill is trying to access.

What I would recommend is to go into Windows services and stop the Sawmill service. This should end all Sawmill processes. Then check the Windows task manager to make sure there are no lingering Sawmill processes. (Make sure you are looking at processes from "all users".) If there are any, end them. Now restart the Sawmill service and log back into Sawmill and retry the task. Does this eliminate the error?

As per your request we had followed the same steps but it is not resolved.

Error MESSAGE#
Can't delete file LogAnalysisInfo\Databases\webproxy1\Thread1\lock (Permission denied)

Sawmill for IronPort 7.3.3 (x64_windows, Webserver Mode)

LICENSING

We had removed the profile and created the new profile we are getting the same issue.

Same configuration in another webproxy it is working fine.

   we had deleted the webproxy database and recreated the database

it is working fine
