when filter by user, user will get a "-" in almost all IP addresses accessing large amounts of information. And in the case when I access pages / directories visited, you get "/". What does this mean?

In Sawmill reports, hits on / are the aggregated traffic within the home directory of a website. A hit on /(default page) is a hit on the home directory itself, which results in the display of index.html or the equivalent.
I would need some clarification for "when filter by user, user will get a "-" in almost all IP addresses accessing large amounts of information" to be able to answer. What log format are you analyzing? And what is the filter you are using?

I'm not sure why you would be getting a value of "NONE://{default}" for a username report. If you would like to attach a plain text log sample to an email addressed to support@sawmill.net, we will determine why this value occurs.
