This is not possible. The plugins are very specific to one log format, and a profile is created from a single plugin, so one profile would not be able to process two different types of logs.
If the formats were similar enough, it might be possible to create a custom plugin which supports both. For new log formats, this work is usually done for free. But since plugins for both of these formats already exist, combining the two would likely require paid professional services.
