Sawmill generates this report, what type of log data are you analyzing?
Possibly there's some reason the 'location' report is not included in your profile, if this is the case we'd like to get the plug-in extended to include this information.
Verify in the config section of your profile that 'look up location with GeoIP' is enabled in View config->Log Data->Log Processing, it's possible this may be turned off, however, this should be on by default.

I do this all of the time by defining a filters to select or delete specific countries with a "wildcard". You must have table option "geographic location" selected.
