Make no mistake, I believe sawmill is a great product, and great bang for your buck. The graphs though can be a nightmare to try and interpret, particularly for visitors and page views over an extended date range or short date range. Although there are far better products out there in the market, SurfStats seems to have the format for graphs right. The colouring makes them a lot more readable than those in Sawmill. Surely, it would not take much to add an alternative format than those that exist already?
As well as sending in email to create/update tickets, you can create / edit / review / close your tickets on-line. If you do not yet have a password, use your email address and request a password reminder from the support page.

Sawmil is great project and I am very much satisfied with the service it provides.
