Hi I am currently evaluating (enterprise ed) of sawmill found 2 basic issues:
1. I have to parse log from a smb share \\server\share, and if I check the real time option ( while creating the new profile) the reports end up in errors. This happens either if I connect the share as a drive or as a password protected share, either in windows or mac installation of sawmill 8.1.4.2. I have no error if I parse log files from a local folder. 2. In order to send updated reports I would like the program parse log files often, looking for new events. I checked the update database option each 1 minute or 10 minutes, but new files are parsed only when I manually update/rebuild the internal DB.
