"Time seen per user"
 
   Hello,

I am interested in the sawmill program because I need to know the time files where played from a flash media streaming server and I saw through your site that SAWMILL 8 lets us do this, I downloaded the 30 day trial and processed a log file but time related fields turn out as 0:00:00 all the time, how does this feature work? i´ve turned on all the reporting options and set it on a local machine and a production server, file names and views are ok though,

id be happy to proved log files and samples to get this solved, im very interested,

Hi-

Sounds like somethings is either not being logged, or the format is possibly not being correctly processed/handled by Sawmill. I wonder if you can send in a sample of log data (zip/compressed) and a screen shot of the behavior you are seeing.

   I think ive sent the log files through email (balanis@smartventure.com.mx), or is there somewhere in specific i should send them to?
