Just trialling. Ran Sawmill against my old 2003 Exchnage server and it looked good.
Trying it against our 2010 Standard server(s), but although I have SMTP logging turned on, its not finding any useful data in the logs.
I've checked the logs, stored in \Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\V14\TransportRoles\Logs\ProtocolLog SMTPReceive and SMTPSend and they exist, with CSV data in them.
The website says the theres a Plugin for Exchange 2010, but I can't see how to download this (so am assuming its already installed).
As well as sending in email to create/update tickets, you can create / edit / review / close your tickets on-line. If you do not yet have a password, use your email address and request a password reminder from the support page.
