Hi, I'm testing the product for few log analyze to some different services we got. sawmill has plug-in for Mira point mail appliance but when i add it to a profile sawmill don't recognize the log format. how can i proceed from here?

If Sawmill does not recognize a log format that we have a plug-in for, you can send in the log sample (zipped/compressed) and we can take a look at what's happening.
