"uploading saved profiles"
 
   How can I remove an existing profile and then reinsert it at a later time.

Aside from the database LogAnalysisInfo\Databases

which I can save in a new folder, what other files do I need to save
so the same profile can be active again.

   As well as the entire /LogAnalysisInfo/Databases/<profile_name>/ subdirectory, you will want to move the profile configuration file:

/LogAnalysisInfo/Databases/profiles/<profile_name>.cfg

Both the configuration file and the database subdirectory can be moved back to their respective locations when you need to use them again.
