Hi-My recommendation is to verify the settings for the SMTP server, and also verify that the SMTP server you are sending to is the one that accepts mail for the recipient.
Do you know if the server you are sending email to requires SMTP authentication to deliver the mail locally. Other common problems are with spam filtering software which may intercept the mail and consider it spam.
Do you have access to the email server that you are attempting to send email to? If so you might want to check to see if the emails are getting through to the server, and the connection is occurring. Or if for whatever reason the SMTP connection is being blocked by a firewall, or spam filtering method, or other possible issues described above.
