If you send in a log sample and make reference to this forum posting in the email correspondence we can take a look at the log sample and see what we can do. If it's something simple that's currently not being tracked it might be a straight forward extension to the plug-in. If the change requires development of a custom plug-in typically these can be done for one hour of professional services or you can follow the documentation for creating custom plug-ins in the technical manual to extend the existing plug-in or create a new plug-in.
